Emprint Announces G7 Master Printer Certification

Rebecca Vance, Chief Operation Officer of Emprint is pleased to announce that Emprint. has completed the steps necessary to be certified as a G7 Master Printer by the nonprofit International Digital Enterprise Alliance for the second consecutive year.

“What this means to our customers is that they can be assured that we are using the most up-to-date processes and technology to deliver the most accurate reproduction of printed materials possible,” Vance stated.

To be certified as a G7 Master Printer, Emprint had to volunteer and pay for G7 experts to educate Emprint's staff on site and to calibrate it’s technology and systems to approved, G7 standards. This ensures that Emprint's processes in areas such as color management, proofing and press controls are standardized to recognized international specifications resulting in repeatable and predictably, high-quality results. Emprint will be required to submit to a re-qualification process every year to maintain their G7 Master Printer certification.

“We are always looking for ways to stay at the leading edge of our industry,” Vance said. “Our customers have come to expect that from us and this represented a great opportunity to show them, in a tangible way, our commitment to that goal.”
